Terms and Conditions for Large Appliance Requests
By submitting a request for ordering a large appliance such as a washing machine, TV or cooker, you agree to the following terms:

Minimum Membership Duration

Applicants must have been a member of Homestyle for a minimum of 12 months prior to making a request.

Applicants must have a clear or very low balance

Applicants must live in one of Homestyle Mobile Shop Areas eg Kent, Hampshire, Surrey, South London, Sussex

Minimum Payment Requirement

To be eligible, depending on the product, members must be paying at least £15 per week (equivalent to £60 per month).

This payment threshold is in place to comply with Homestyle Affordability Rules

Affordability Compliance

Homestyle reserves the right to assess and adjust affordability based on individual payment history and financial circumstances.

In certain cases, members may be required to increase their weekly payments in order to meet eligibility criteria.

Price on Application

Prices for large appliances are subject to individual assessment and are provided when a personal shopper contacts you to discuss the specification and details of the product you wish to purchase.

The item you see on the website may not be available and alternative/similar items will be given you when you may your request.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, and additional upfront payments may be required.

All large appliances will need to be pre-ordered as we do not hold stock. a delivery date will be given to you after your request has been approved.

A direct delivery charge will also be added to your order, this can be up to £30.

Delivery dates will be given to you, you must be prepared to be at home for the entire date as delivery can be morning or afternoon and you will be informed of this by the courier on the delivery day. You may be charged another £30 redelivery fee if you are not home to accept delivery on the date agreed.

Please only submit a request if you are comfortable and confident with the possibility of increasing your weekly payments.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your request at any time prior to the dispatch of the item.

Once an item has been dispatched, the order is considered final and no cancellations can be accepted.

To cancel an order before dispatch, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Any payments made prior to cancellation will be refunded if you do not place another order.
